We would like to thank all at Owen Devenport for their hard work and professionalism while negotiating on our behalf to remove a section 106 agricultural clause which was placed on our property during planning process.
Our property was for sale for approximately 4 years, but the restrictions imposed by the local planning authority meant that buyers were unable or not allowed to buy the property. A major issue was that prospective purchasers were unable to secure a mortgage. Even though we had saved and borrowed to build the property, we did not feel that we owned the property as the final say was always with local planning authority.
Owen Devenport, with their hard work, dedication and thoroughness have been successful in removing the restrictions. We felt that everyone at the office was approachable and we were kept informed at every step. We now feel that we can finally look forward and make our own plans for the future.
