Consent secured for 54 affordable homes in Valley, Anglesey

This case involved a scheme for 48 houses and 8 flats as a tenure neutral housing development. We were brought on-board to assist Williams Homes working partnership with Clwyd Alyn to help with securing permission for this site. Being an ex-industrial and cattle market site in the centre of Valley there were a variety of issues to address, which we tackled alongside the consultancy team. This included the need to consult and engage with the local community.

The end result is a full planning permission, with minimal conditions to address, which will allow our client to build much needed affordable houses for the local community.

Great to work Creu Architects, ProArb, E-Geo, Weetwood, Enfys Ecology, LandStudio, Martec, Nexus Heritage to bring the project together, and with Williams Homes and Clwyd Alyn to secure their ambition for the site.
